COVID-19 kept people at home, leaving homeless people’s calls for help unheard, while e-commerce deliveries soared. We turned Yandex Market delivery boxes into message boards sharing their stories, then repurposed these boxes so people could donate clothes and essentials to the homeless — all shipping free.
